Give Yourself 7 Days
of Radical Honesty
The work you avoid doesn’t disappear.
It just runs the show quietly.
This is not motivation.
It’s a short, deliberate process for noticing the patterns you keep living with because everything looks fine.
Here’s what you’re signing up for:
• Seven real mirror prompts and a daily flow built from the same framework as the full *Woman in the Mirror Journal*
• One mirror prompt a day you can work through in about 10–15 minutes
• No toxic positivity. No performative healing.
Just receipts and reflection.

What you’ll work through in
7 honest check-ins
Seven mirror prompts written from the same mirror-work framework as the full Woman in the Mirror Journal, delivered over 7 days so you can actually sit with them instead of binge-scrolling through.
One mirror prompt, the full mirror workflow to tell the truth,
each time you sit down.
First 2 prompts: Name what’s actually happening
Start with where you really are, not where you “should” be. No sugar coating, no gratitude gymnastics.
Next 3 prompts: Follow the patterns
Notice what keeps repeating, what you are still carrying, and what you are tired of pretending is “fine.”
Final 2 prompts: Decide what you are done with
Call out the stories, expectations, and roles you are ready to put down, even if you are not ready to say it out loud yet.
About 10–15 minutes per prompt. No toxic positivity.
Just receipts, reflection, and space to be honest with yourself.
How it works
This is not a 7-day personality makeover. It is a 7-day check-in with the woman in the mirror, using the same mirror-work framework as the full 30-day journal.
-
Drop your email and I’ll send you a welcome message today so you know you’re in. Within 24 hours, you’ll get your first mirror prompt, then 6 more — one per day — for a 7-day preview built from the Woman in the Mirror Journal framework. You get to try the practice without committing to all 30 days.
-
Each time, take a minute in front of an actual mirror—bathroom mirror, handheld, or your phone camera with no filter. Sit with the prompt before you write, so you’re answering from where you actually are, not where you think you “should” be.
-
Write out what you see, what you feel, and what you’ve been telling yourself. Then name what you choose to tell yourself instead, plus one small act of love you’ll do for yourself. Close with the simple affirmation on the page.
-
As the prompts stack, pay attention to what keeps coming up when you shrink, over-explain, or carry too much. The goal is not to fix your whole life in a week. It’s to stop lying to yourself about how you actually feel.
